He kōrero whakamaumahara hoki:

 Loves: all the sessions, the plethora of stunning easy to use rauemi, the convenience of the set up of our resources and slides, the new learnings, the independent activities, all the kōrero about fractions, decimals and percentages

Didn't Love: Ummmm? My shortcomings that came to light today.

Can't wait to use: The virtual number lines, canva whiteboard, some real life problems they can relate to, splat, phet. 

Looking forward to putting all the pieces together and can't wait for a session with my kids to use some things.

Te maha hoki o ngā 'gems' i tēnei rā, me timata ki whea? Kei te kite i ngā mea hei whakatika, kei te kite i ngā mea kāre anō kia tino whakatau mā ngā tamariki. Ko ētahi wāhi e raru ko te pae tukutuku me te whakapiri atu i ngā mahi ki te pae tukutuku o ngā tamariki hei mahi mā rātou. Kāre anō kia māori te whakamahinga atu o ngā paearu angitu i mua i tētahi akoranga, kāre hoki i te āta whakahoahoa i ngā whāinga ako ki ngā tamariki i ngā wā katoa.

 Lots to love about today, ups and downs of my programme are blaringly obvious after today but also filled with a level of excitement and enthusiasm to sort them out. Will add to this post as I think of more things. 

 Even though I will have to translate it and then update it properly when everything finalised for us, this is still a fave from today.

Pāngarau Papai! While I may not be able to define answers for the guiding questions, I will say: - Learning that Donna is on the "inside" with the new pāngarau curriculum was exciting to know. - It was a helpful reminder to go over ngā āhuatanga o te kaipāngarau rawe. With lots to consider in developing a new programme that both aligns with what MOE want and is in te reo Māori, some simple reminders of what's important are invaluable. - My favourite thing about MPI so far is listening to and learning form passionate math nerds and I say that with the utmost aroha and whakaute.
